With this system we'll get some smaller changes in the chain of Command.
With our Sergeants leading a squad each the squadmembers will now report to and recive orders primarily from their own squad leader. The Sergeants will get to recruit the members of their squads after their own choise and will also be allowed to promote/demote their own members. The Sergeants may recruit anyone of lower rank than themselves into their squads (ofc the recruited member must be willing to join as well.
As we will still be haveing big major events for all members we'll sometimes issue orders to just individual squads instead.
The point of all this is to make it so that equally active members gets to play togeather and also to let the "little guy" gain some chanse at leadership.
Each squad will get their own forum-tab and the number of people per squad should be between 4-8people.
